Colin Jacobs

Executive Director
Colin is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of Lewis Tucker, Drylandcarbon and Forest Partners.
Colin joined Lewis Tucker in 2019 having previously spent seven years leading teams across the energy and logistics sectors in New Zealand and the UK. His background in leadership of governance and finance functions.
Colin is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS) and has an Honours degree in Accountancy from the University of Glasgow.
Will Leckie
M. Finance, B COM.
Managing Director
Will is the Managing Director of Lewis Tucker. He has been with the company since 2014.
Will has deep investment banking and capital market experience, including transaction design and management (M&A, capital raising and debt restructuring) and asset management across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, telecommunications, mining, energy, healthcare, agriculture, forestry, food service and FMCG in New Zealand, Australia and North America.
Chris Morrison

Executive Director & Founder
Chris founded Lewis Tucker in 2013 following a successful career in domestic and international capital markets.
Chris is an experienced director and has worked in capital markets for over 30 years. He has previously led corporate functions at Todd Corporation and ran advisory mandates and day-to-day oversight of key functions within Infratil for HRL Morrison and Co.
Chris is passionate about New Zealand's agri-economy and established Lewis Tucker to provide access to capital to landowners and to support investors seeking exposure to this sector of the economy.
Richard Norris

Executive Director
Richard is an experienced Corporate Treasurer, having worked across a variety of industries including liquid fuels, the primary sector, banking and finance, and electricity.
He is particularly experienced in the operation of the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme, including managing financial risks and opportunities for participants.
James Harty

Director
James leads advisory and transactional mandates for Lewis Tucker and heads the company’s investment banking function.
James’s passion for agriculture coupled with a legal and tax background provides depth for Lewis Tucker’s client across a range of commercial issues.
James is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
Fin Phillips

Chief Operating Officer - Forestry
Fin has built a professional career within New Zealand's primary sector, leveraging experience gained in international commercial roles.
Fin has been responsible for the establishment of the ~40,000 ha forestry portfolio across the Forest Partners and Drylandcarbon funds. He and his team are frequently on the road, visiting properties and remaining directly involved in the development of what has become one of the country’s largest forestry estates.
